I for one am still sticking by my vote for President Bush. As far as the next vote, I will be voting republican. I will not support a political party that supports abortion. This is one of the main points that I will not negotiate on.

I guess we all can't share the same convictions. So you support the communist manifesto also?

I am NOT American. I am Canadian but am wanting to and am going to within a few years (hopefully) move (legally) to the USA. I like Obama. He is very charismatic, he is a very good speaker, he has wodnerful thoughts and ideas, however, i am concerned about the steps he would take to achieve certain goals. I have heard about all of the things that he would like to do which sounds great! but I haven't seen the steps that he will take to achieve these things. Also I like Rudy Guiliani (probably spelled wrong) because he did a lot for New York. He got results and if he can do the same for the USA then that would be wonderful. Any leader that can get results is a good leader. I would rather have that than someone who sits around and talks and talks and nothing happens. So if I was American, it would be either of those two. I hope that you don't mind me jumping into this thread even though I am not American....

You may know more about me of course as it is your country, but may I ask why you think Guilliani would be worse than Bush? Don't get me wrong I don't hate Bush but I don't love the guy either. I think he did a lot to ruin the USA public relations internationally, just my personal opinion, though.

Hey I can clean and cook and much better than my wife thank you. But as far as the election goes I really dont know if the lesser of two evils is going to be any better this time around it seems like alot of those that should have stood up kind of went with the flow for fear of upsetting the mass public and now we are in a mess they are pointing fingers. I think alot of those who had knowledge of what was going on inside and about how we were being lied to and kept their mouths shut should be locked up, its an act of treason in my opinion when you betray the people you are elected to represent and worry about power money and private corporations. As far as their being a big change, all I can say is I hope something happens before we end up in Iran also. Sadly I am kind of loosing hope of either of the two major parties we have of ever really taking care of the people of this country first instead of themselves.

I am somewhat feeling the same way you are. We certainly need to get rid of Bush, ASAP. I can't wait until he is replaced so that someone can start cleaing up his mess...and yes, I did vote for him...geesh he had so many of us fooled. Anyhow, I too am undecided and it is between Obaman and Clinton for me. I don't really know enough about where they both stand on some major topics so I want to learn more about them before it comes time to vote. I am keeping an eye on this election more than ever. I just can't wait until it is time for the change. Have a great day. =)

I haven't made up my mind yet. I think I'll have to wait until more solid campaigns are under way, and there are debates under their belts. I agree with both on certain issues, so I'm pretty well torn. Either way, both are far better to have in the white house than President Bush. I wouldn't go so far as to say he's the worst president we've ever had, but he's made more than enough horrible mistakes. Thankfully, his time will be done before that much longer.
