I think that is really sad, but you couldn't do anything to stop your cat. Did you reprove or bit your cat after that ? I live in an apartment and one day my cat when he was on the balcony he catch a bird. I wasn't at home and when I arrived I find some inches of that bird in the whole apartment. I point out my cat and until now never happen again.

He is only doing what is natural, so he dosnt know any difference, he cant get into trouble for that..lol. He is bringing them home to you to show you how clever he is so you can be proud of him. It might be a good thing, at least the rabbit population in your area will slowly dwindle..

eew! my cat loves to eat rabbits meat but the canned one, not the live one. but it doesnt look good to see your cat carrying a helpless baby bunnies.
