i often had a dream that i cant remember after waking up and i
really feel frustrated since i want those dreams to be vivid so i
can remember them and maybe relay the message in the morning
but they became too vague.
do you also experience dreaming but not remembering anything
in the morning? how do you feel?

not all of them, just those that are too vivid like a real thing.

I usually remember vague memories of a dream when I wake up, but usually it disappears after about 15 minutes to a half hour after I wake up unless I consciously make an effort to remember it. There are a couple of dreams I still remember from years ago, but most are gone almost instantly.
I have heard that if you have a note pad or tablet by where you sleep, and if you jot notes about the dream, or more detail if you can, you will be better able to remember what your dreamt
