I need Help!!

This mornig I signed up with an affiliate program that was posted on a blog recommended on an earning online discussion. Now it keeps on banning my site with advertises and I can-t remember what the name of this affiliate program was, so I can-t correct what I want in my site... Please, I need that blog (I think it also talked about a site called Hash and such things)... Or if anyone has any idea of what site it could be...

I am trying to understand, You joined an affiliate site, and now you cannot gain access to the site? or is this site cousing trouble with your website? Look in your adress bar for adress that you have typed in maybe. If you typed in the adress it may stil be there, arrow down.
