When was the last time you got to take a nap?

I took a nap one day last week, because I had stayed up too late working and only got a few hours of sleep that night. Normally I can't nap unless I'm ill, because my brain just won't shut down (going to sleep at night has always been difficult, and I am not a morning person) but I was really exhausted for once. Do you make naps a priority in your life?

it is really not in me to take a nap :) if i stayed up late i still can't find myself to sleep . . but i do take a nap when im intoxicated.

i never really get a nap during the daytime as i get very busy with college. i am like you as i sleep late but i am not a morning person

Ahh, last Monday, I think - I've slept since then... Unless you consider my laying down & sleeping 4 hrs in the evening (in hopes that I might make it all night) as a nap. then it was Wed or Thurs.

I actually took a nap today for the first time in about a year. I was so tired today and when I put my kids down for their nap I went right along with them.
