Zelda through the ages

We all know (welll i do =p)that zelda games are amazing But which was the best, the pinnicle of the series in your opnion?

my fav zelda game is the ocarina of time because its the one i have played the most.

That's a tough one to be honest. The Zelda games have been pretty good. It's really hard to find a favorite.

I haven't played the newer Zelda games, but I used to enjoy playing the old Zelda and Link games, way back when we first got our Nintendo. It has been a long time, but I remember spending hours playing them.
