Anybody know about www.freelance-typing.com? Is it a good program?

Hi
I am planning to join up with the program www.freelance-typing.com. I have seen some good reviews of this program..Does any one know about this or can anyone suggest a good program for making money??

I've seen this program, a friend of mine tried it and nothing happend. You have to deposit a 49 dollar fee, just to be a member. Well they not only took her money but deleted her membership once she sent in the money. Anything that asks you to pay for joining, is not always legitimate. Just letting you know.
