What do you do if you see someone driving and picking their nose?

Is that why you were honking and waving at me the other day? :~D

I ignore them. That is so disgusting. Do they really think that people don't see them?

I honestly just sit back and laugh and wonder to myself if they really think that other people can't see them. Or do they really just not care? Either way it is not a practice that I participate in but all the more power to them if they want to do it. Just don't expect me to shake their hands afterwards! lol :)
