do u call back if someone gives u missed call?

I wouldn't call back if I recognise it as the number of some of my friends who do that always. If it is an unknown number, I will wait for a few minutes and call back, but will be very cautious just in case it is done deliberately to make me call back. If someone explains that it is urgent, I won't hang it, though.

You want me to be descriptive at 1-line discussion? What do you mean by "missed call"? SMS? Message on the phone secretary? I am not sure what is your question in fact.
