Correctional Facility Taking Toilet Paper away from Inmates...

I just read this article (http://www.comcast.net/includes/article/print.jsp?fn=/data/news/html/2007//04/30/650624.html) about how the correctional facility has decided to cut on buying household goods, such as toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, etc. I know that these people are criminals and such, but this is pretty disgusting. I mean, just think about it - how would you like it if someone told you that you weren't allowed but to have 4 rolls of toilet paper to your whole family for the whole? It would probably disgust you right. Well, I think that this is a load of crap. I mean, really, think about it. What do you think?
