What are your favorite podcasts?

I've finally got my iTunes set up the way I want, and have started collecting podcasts- what are your favorite? So far I have an NPR or two and a few entertainment ones (about Harry Potter and Lost, the TV show) and I'm looking for more fun ones.

I love the Lost podcast! I also really enjoy the podcasts from Universities, like Stanford, Harvard, and MIT. Thanks to podcasting, you can get a whole education for free. If you're looking for exposure to some new ideas, I highly suggest you check out some of those. I've been to college, but I believe in lifelong learning, and University podcasts make it so easy!
