How many post does it need to earn your first 10?

Do you really need to be active in my lot to earn this or do you have to make good discussions wherein a lot of people could reply to or respond to. It would be helpful if some of you tell me some tips in order to earn some more. I don't even have an idea how they pay you, is it really 0.02 every post??

I don't know that there's really anything scientific about how much you can get paid. When I first signed up, I did a lot of research, and everyone's theories seemed to contradict each other.
For what it's worth, I FINALLY reached payout. It took me 215 posts to get there. So you're close!
I didn't really upload any photos or anything, so I could have probably gotten there faster if I had. I'm pretty sure you only get 2 cents for each photo. Seems like that's a pretty certain amount.

how much did you get?! may i ask? is the number next to my photo the number on how many post i made?

Yes the number next to your name is how many posts you've made since you became a member. I think you were around 130. I'm not sure I understand your question. I was at $10 payout when I had 215 posts. I've now made about 20 cents beyond that...so I guess that averages about 2 cents per post.
Some people make payout in 100 posts though, so I'm not sure what their secret is. If you find out, please let me know!

I reached $10.00 when i was about my 300th post, so that sort of gives me an average of $0.03 per post. Others here have said that they had it reached for far more fewer posts but a lot many too said that it took them more than 200 or 300 or even some mentioned it was about their 500th. Depends largely on the quality & length of your post, perhaps (lot of guesses here for everyone). But just in nay case, none should deter you from slowing down or limiting yourself on the potentials that you may gain up here or your ventures in making an income online, surely mylot is already an advantage to itself since it really does pay. Thanks for the incite, but i think you could earn more if you have a lot of friends who could reply to some of your discussions, but i think nice discussions are worth it. I just want to set an exact amount like for example if i post 10 discussions a day and for 1 week i could earn 10$, like that concept.

I try to respond to about 100 discussions a day. That usually earns me around $1. After about 10 days of that, or around 1,000 posts, I am up to $10. I have found a lot to talk about on here, so it's really not that hard to hit 100 posts in one day.

well as far i have worked here in mylot i think one will have to post upto 500 to 750 replys inorder to get that $10 payout...but it also depends on the quality,the rating,the number of words in reply,etc....but i may be wrong...
