Can anyone outhere tell me how to create a free website step by step and also,what is the easiest way to keep your website from being vulnerable to hackers and what can I do to protect myself from this

I don't think you should use just any service, just use one which fits your needs, if you want free, you can get a free service, if you want a hacker free service I would think you should get paid, but you could also get a secure free service, by emailing the admin of the free service.

i have a few site made with wetpaint.com. Its the best one so far that i used.
