Are the "Outsider"?

Have you ever been the one who is the "outsider" or the stranger? Perhaps you've gone to a new school/college, joined a new group or team, or been the new person at your job. You know how it feels. This should make us sympathetic toward other people who are going through the experience of being the "new" person.
