According to New York hair expert Philip Kingsley, your hair is a secondary organ. "Obviously, your hair are your primary organ, but you don't flaunt them", says Kingsley, "so your hair is the way you express your sexuality." Now that's a great reason to keep your hair looking at its best!

If you feel like you still have plenty of hair but are still worried about you hair loss try taking extra B vitamins and biotin.I was going through a lot of stress at the time because my mom moved over 800 miles away and it was my first time living on my own. I was really depressed and missing my mom and started getting really stressed out. I started noticing when I would wash or brush my hair I was losing more than usual. At first I tried not to worry about it until it actually became visible. And keep in mind.Well it got to the point to where I actually had a small bald spot in the front near my forehead and I had a huge bald spot in the back near my neck line. It actually got so bad that I cold no longer wear my hair in a pony tail because the baldness was so obvious. Needless to say my hair loss sure didn't help my stress. I started stressing even more over my hair loss and losing even more hair. It was a vicious cycle.
