love. . . . . . .

I know we all argue and fight. But I have to say one thing. I do love all of you in some way. There is something good in almost every person and no one tryies to see it. We are all so busy in this big struggle we call life to prove that we are right. We never stop to think we are just different. With different experiences and different viewpoints and simply different points in our lives. I know I sound like a hippy but we don't ever love enough. It's all about making a buck, proving we are right, getting ahead. What does that matter? Does it ever make you feel good? I don't know, I'm a person who treasures people more then money. All I want in life is to be able to support myself enough so I can be with as many friends and people I love that I can. Being rich has never been a drive of mine. I mean even Azert and Refuge, I do not think they can see clearly. But I do love certain things about them. I'll bet they are very emotional people, in love just as much as in their hate of me. I guess what I'm trying to ask is how important is love? The world is a cold loveless void. No one cares about you other then the ones you are close to. Should it be that way?

I agree with you that love is the most important thing in life.I am also a person who treasures friends more than money.therefore, there are many friends around me.however, there is also a problem with me,that is i don't know how to express my love to them sometimes.i never say "i love you"and such words to them.i just expect that they will feel my love themselves.so sometimes there are some troubles with me. can you give me some good ways to solute the problem?

I remember a time when people cared about people but those days are gone now.Even sometimes family stops loving maby because one has more than the other. I think back to a time when maby you lived in a neighborhood where you could honestly say I love my neighborsand mean it ,but now days neighbors are shooting each other for the simpleist things. Its sad how the world has become so hard and cold, and no it should not be that way but I wonder is it to late to change all that?

I so agree with you and I am glad you decided to touch on this subject. I believe we absolutely must love our fellow human beings to get along in this world in any meaningful way. And you have heard over and over again, that you can have everything in the world but if you step on everyone to get it, well, you are never truly happy. And yes, we have to step back and see we are differet culturally but we are all of the same race, therefore we are all related. Love is VERY important and the more we have of it in the world, the better it will get. The sad part is there will be people always who never "get" that. Thanks for the great topic!
