There are more and more scams out there now increasing by the day because of the internet.
As if getting stopped in the street was'nt bad enough, people even have the cheek to ask for money for doing nothing... Just out right begging websites.
WOULD YOU PAY AN ONLINE BEGGER? IF SO HOW MUCH?
