Should dogs be allowed on public beaches?

I don't think they should. For me a fun day at the beach wouldn't be scraping doggie doo doo from my shoes or feet.

Dogs should NOT be allowed on public beaches. They need to be kept clean for all the people who use them.

As long as there would be an understanding that if someone, like me, were to step in dog poo, there would be fine included ;)
