after destroying the culture, history and stability of Iraq, starting a civil war between to power hungry sides and killing over 600 000 Iraqis, the last thing the USA should do is pull out of Iraq.
either the country should be split up into 3 sections, for the kurds the shias and the sunnis, while american soldiers secure the borders and the asking for help for rebuilding the land from countries willing to help, most likely the turks for the kurds, the iranians for the shia and the arabs for the sunis, becoming either there own states or even part of the country that takes control..
or
a much easier plan..
green zones are set up around key points with the most density, these zones would question people who would like to move in and get away from the violence and homes are created within these zones. people outside the zones would still however be suffering, but in a couple years after having educated the iraqi people and another 300 000 or so of them dying, the country could become stable again. in the mean time these green zones would grow become larger while sending out squads to collect more civilians and to kill these "terrorists" that hate the Americans for occupying their so called "country" that has only been around for about 100 years..
i just came up with these solutions on the spot, although hypothetically they could work, i have no idea why bush and his group of lackeys cant come up with something that a student could make.

Haha, the culture, history, and stability of Iraq?
Culture and history? That's just melodramatic, history is something you can't change and nothing about their culture has been changed.
As for stability, they didn't have much of that before the invasion either. Granted, it is less stable now but...

No, their culture hasn't changed. Each of the three ethnic groups there still retain their own cultures (which is part of the insurgency problem). Why wouldn't they still have their culture?
Historical sites being destroyed would be the fault of the terrorist insurgents, the US wouldnt use limited warfare tactics and then bomb targets for fun. Terrorists like hiding in places like that so that if they are killed and the site destroyed, it has higher propaganda value.

Yes, a country invaded for 4 years would definitely be able to retain their culture. Use your own example of WWII, is France's culture not intact? Nothing is erasing their culture, so why would it disappear?
And its a well known fact that terrorist use mosques and temples as hiding places because the coalition forces refuse to bomb them. Sometimes they follow them there and end up fighting at or around mosques, but that is all the terrorists' design...

Excuses, more excuses! Now that things have been broken and the Iraqis have been taken 20 steps backward, how appropriate to come up with more excuses to justify imperialism! I guess when the Iraqis are finally brought 3 steps forward after being taken 20 steps backward, it will be viewed as progress! Tsk, tsk, tsk!

The best chance is to get them to put aside their differences and to work together for the common good of Iraq as a country.
Lots of luck with that one though.
Sooner or later they are going to have to stand on their own as a country.
