Ugliness?

O.K. weird topic I know but I am just curious as to what you guys think of when you hear this word.Does anyone have the right to tell someone else that they are ugly?And what does ugly mean when it is being used to refer to a human being?

I don't think anyone should go there telling wether a people is ugly or beautiful. Why do that? Just to hurt someone's feelings? Imagine yourself being called ugly by some girl. Believe me, it's not really good. She points at your face, and says: "You are ugly". Ridiculous. That's why I don't do it with anyone.
There are exceptions, of course. When the person is shown off, and starts: "I'm the most beautiful!". Then it's ok, since the person deserves it.
