What is your workout routine?

I go to the gym almost every day. On the days I don't go, my mom and I walk our dogs at the park for a couple hours.
At the gym, my routine usually is 30 minutes on the treamill, 15-20 minutes doing abs, 10 minutes doing leg weights, and 15 minutes doing arm weights.
What is your work out routine?

When I go to the gym (which is about 3-5 times a week), I usually do about 30 mins of weights and then about 45 mins to an hour on the treadmill. Then I usually play about an hour's worth of raquetball with my husband. So far, I've lost about 17 pounds, but I do have quite a bit left (my goal weight is 150). Sometimes, I may do about a half hour on the bike as well.
