Well recently i've read an article online, that if you push on the little button at the tip of your pen (only for those who have these type of pens) , especially with your thumb, it makes your life shorter. I thought it was stupid but i won't take any risks. It says that this is because, you know how your heart beat can be found on your wrist? Well if you keep pushing in and out on the pen's button-ish thing. it makes your heart beat weaker or something like that. It is quite odd and i won't take any risks but i do not beleive it... Anyone mind reinforming me of this?

This may be the most ridiculous claim I've EVER heard. Seriously, anyone who believes a correlation exists between pen button pushing and weak heart rate simply proves Darwin wrong.
