have you ever gone scuba diving?

i have never been an outdoor kind of person but i kinda have an interest in scuba diving though i have never tried it before because in the firsthand, i dont know how to swim, how much more to scuba dive. i just wanna know the experiences of those who have scuba dived before. was it fun? was it really glorious like what they say on TV? that when you scuba dive there's like a new other world under the sea? tell me please! :)
