I'm turning 30 in a week. I don't really feel like it but I've already noticed some changes... like starting to have spots and lines, starting to have grey/white hair, etc. How about you, how did you find it when you turned 30? Care to share?

I hated it, and I was so scared, because I am scared of getting older. I have noticed a few things too, the spots and wrinkles...lol. But I suppose we cannot help it, so I just take each day as it comes.

I'm in my mid 30's now but so far, I don't have gray/white hair nor spots and lines YET. You seems too young to have those signs already. Try not to put too much stress in your life. Take your daily supplements and eat lots of healthy stuff. For as long I can take good care of myself, I will. Like what others are saying, life begins at 30 then 40, then 50 and so on...Just accept everything with grace and style.

having gray/white hair at an early age actually runs in our family (both sides) so i'm not really stressed out about that. but i have noticed some lines and spots. i guess, having a healthy lifestyle really helps. i just have to be more conscious of it. thanks, friend!

Hi1 I bought a book about this when i turned 30 too.I forgot the title becasue I have given the book to a friend when it's her turn to turn 30 too...I really did not feel bad or sad about it because I know and accepted that fact togeehr with all the spots and lines and other skin aging problems, but when you know that you;re getting old nicely like you did enjoy your twenties and looking forward with your thirties..it's ok..as longa s you live with purpose..I do not know if i would feel the same when I turn 40 which is still far. I just hope that as I go old I'll be more happy with what I am doing..having the right choice at the right time.Living in God's perfect will and plan.

For me, turning 30 was harder than turning 40! I think that was when I first realized that I was getting older. I started doing more things to try and keep my youth, like staying out of the sun and using sunscreen all the time, even in the winter. The greys didn't really start til closer to 40. But don't take all this in the wrong way. Once I got over turning 30, I've found that my 30's so far have been the best years of my life! The 40's aren't so bad either!
