is nano medicine can heal the all diseases

Modern medicine methodology is like if one part of our body is suffering - take medicine for whole body -and let the medicine do what they are meant to do throughout the body and hence cure the decease at the same time pave path for the new ones because of the damages the previous medicine has caused. Its like using an Atom Bomb or a cluster bomb to kill an intruder in our country. Nano medicines are specifically designed for their correct targets only hence are more effective ,doing less damage to other tissues.so its the future medicine TO CURE ALL DISEASES I think they are of many kinds like using Nano chemicals that are site specific (like cancer detecting chemicals .they then attach themselves to these cancer cells so that the actual killers can kill them using nano robots etc....

You are right. I read about it too. I also read a a case where they are using nano medicine to recreate retinas for the semi blind people. Nano-technology sure seems to be the way of the future.
