I like pizza very much, and now that I am on a diet I miss it a lot, a lot and even more! Do you think it is possible to include it in a diet or it is simply a dream!

I think that it is like any food. If you limit the amount you eat then I think that it would be okay to eat it. My problem is that I have a hard time limiting the amount of pizza I eat because I like it so much!

I think that is possible. But you don't have to eat a pizza with a lot of things above.

You can have it occasionally and balance the rest of your diet that day with lots of vegetables and salad. I'd go for a thinner crust pizza with veggie toppings and only a little cheese to make it healthier and lower fat and calorie.

You certainly could have pizza as part of your diet. The trick is how you do it. Load up on low calorie foods first like salad and veggies, to fill you up so you don't overeat the pizza. Then you can have your slice. Or you could simply scrape the toppings off the pizza and eat those, leaving the crust behind. Not eating the crust will save you a few hundred calories per slice, and allow you to have more than one piece. Everything in moderation, my dear. You don't really have to cut out anything, if you don't want to. But everything is a trade off. If you want the pizza, you have to eat more veggies first and limit the amount of pizza you eat. If you want that chocolate, you need to exercise. If you want something salty, you need to drink more water so you don't bloat. Everything in life is about balance. I'm sure you'll find what works for you. Treats are fine--just limit them to once a week or so and make sure you're eating right and exercising the rest of the time, and the weight will still come off.

I enjoy pizza , and I'm sure that you can easily include it in your diet but of course you need to have some rules so it can't affect your weigh. What I want to say is that you'll need to eat it in the middle of the day not at dinner or in the evening when as we all know you'll put some weight. Another important factor is sport , I'm sure that no matter what age you have sport helps not only your health it helps you maintain your weight.

I think anything can be included in a diet in moderation. Try just having one slice of pizza....oohhh, I am on a diet to and pizza sounds sooo good!! But I don't really think anything should be off-limits, just have a little bit =)

You can get either weight watchers frozen pizza or lean cusine frozen pizza and they are both great! If you want regular take out pizza, order it with only veggies on it to cut off the greasy fat. I would suggest that you eat only one or two slices and just once in a while.
