i put them in homemade cookies. it doesnt taste like anything so the kids never even realized that there was something healthy and beneficial in those cookies. you can also sprinkle some in oatmeal, in cake or muffins, and casseroles. have fun cooking!!

This ought to be a good discussion. I have never heard of flax I dont think. I cant wait myself to see some ideas. Can you explain what this is? Thanks. Hahahaha! I can be so reterted at times.

Thanks for the link also. Should have added it in the discussion. Hahahaha! Being as I'm on Lipitor for high cholesterol I may try using this in my low sodium diet as well.
