I had to bake mine for about 20-25 min, and I had to flatten them before I stuck them in the oven. For some reason they didn't "melt" like other cookies do. :)

Your very welcome. When I make them for my family they never last more than a day. They are the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter.

Melt some chocolate in a double burner with a tsp. of butter. When melted, dip marshmellows in it. Then refrigerate. Yummy.

I have a recipe for a mayonnaise cake but you can make three different things with it. You can either make the regular cake, or a black forest cake or half moon cookies. You will need 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup cold water, 1 cup mayonnaise, 4 table cocoa powder, 2 teas. baking soda, and 1 teas vanilla. Mix all ingriedents together. Put into 9" x 13" greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Cool, then frost with your favoite frosting. It is so easy to make a black forest cake with this recipe. All you do is either make a layer cake and use cool whip and cherry pie filling. You can also do it with the 9" x 13" cake. For the cookies all you do is add 3 cups of flour instead of 2 to the rest of the ingriedents.. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet until done.. To make Half Moons, frost half the bottom of the cookie with white frosting and the other half with chocolate. And I will be right over in about six hours. Just kidding. Happy baking!

I don't have a recipe for this discussion but I must say that I love the idea of baking for one day to last the entire week. I had never thought about that but it seems like a great idea to me. I don't usually have time to bake but I enjoy doing it and if I could set up a usual day to do it, it would become habit. Thanks!!

How about some mini muffins? You could even use the brownie mix in a mini muffin pan. These make a great snack and they are easy to pack in a lunch box. If you use a muffin mix, you can put a little dollop of jelly in the center of the muffins too.
