150 points for just 2 dollars is very low. The earnings should be on an average atleast 2 cents per post. I think your friend should include more quality posts in these forums. That way he will get more chance to earn more.

If you response with a very long story you will get more money that with a short story. Example 150 short answers get less money than 50 very long answers will get. Just type as much information as you can. If you know alot about the subject of the question then you can easily respond with many information. If you do not know much about the subject you should do the best you can! I hope this helped

As others have pointed out, you get rewarded for giving qualities posts. I would say your friend is probably not giving good quality responses if he has only earned $2 or less. Or maybe, he did a bunch of them today and hasn't been credited yet? I'm not sure, because I don't know your friend. All I can tell you is that I've been paid every month. I've earned close to $50 from this site. Yesterday I only responded to one discussion and made 8 cents. I'm not saying that is my average or anything. I'm just throwing that out as an example. If you do quality responses, you really can make decent money here. Oh, and I don't have any referrals either.

No. Longer and more descriptive posts get more money and credit from the site.

jsprings, your friend needs to keep in mind that they are not paid just because of the number of threds that he/she answers. The pay is actually determined by the quality of the responce. If your friend is answering people with one line respones, or something that is no good quality, then he will not be paid very well for it. Also I see that you are new to mylot as well, so these guidelines should be able to help you earn some money as well. Keep in mind that this is not a career, and is only a way to earn a little extra money, but better quality responces will net you better pay for your time.
