How can I post a card in my friends profile please????

I have been in Mylot for a month and some days, I have a friend who posted a card in my profile, I also want to do thesame, but I don't know how to do it. Can someone be kind to me out there please?? How can I do it?? Your response will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your response.
