Anti-smoking bans

I recently saw on the news that Illinois is going to make a new anti-smoking law in public places. I know there are other states that have enforced the same law also. If states keep on doing this isn't it going to hurt some forms of busines' like bars and restaurants? I mean who is going to want to be sitting at the bar having a good time spending money on alcohol and have to go outside or to some designated area to have a smoke? During the summer months that may not be as much of a problem but during the cold winter months that is going to hurt their business. I am a smoker so I am looking at this from a smokers point of view. I know that I am not going to want to go out to bars and other related places if I have to go outside to have a smoke and I am sure I am not the only one that feels that way. I am just curious to what everyone has to say about this. I would like to know everyones poit of view and opinion about it whether you are a smoker or non-smoker.
