If you are a working parent, what do you do when your baby is sick?

Right after I gave birth I don't go to office anymore. I'm a hand's-on mom to my 11 month old baby, no nanny, no domestic helper just me and husband who attended for my baby and my husband concerns for some household chores. I always ask myself regarding what if I go to the office and I have to attend for my baby who is sick. I just want to learn stories of working parents that's why I made this discussion.
