You're in charge now, it's ok to have an original thought or two.
How long are Democrats going to sit around acting as if Congress has no more authority than to sit around waiting for word from the White House?
Speaker of the House Pelosi runs the House of Representatives and Sen. Reid runs the Senate. There is a Democrat heading every House and Senate committee. So why do these spineless wimps still act like they have no power?
Do you have any original thoughts? Or is your role simply to sit in your diapers and whine about what someone else should be doing?

I agree with you, I think that the dems are trying to show the country that they can join hands with the republicans and sing "we are the world" which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they aren't taking advantage of their new leadership and I feel they are letting down all of us who voted for a change. Even the republicans in congress have called them spineless for proposing a non-binding resolution on Iraq.
