I have lived my entire life with my parents their house. I'm happy about it and the environment i had with my relatives. Now that i've grown up, im thinking of whats best. Condominiums are popular these days, i wonder if its better to live in a condominium or house. Condominiums have a lot of facilities that i can use and also places where i can have a party/meetings. If you were in my shoes, which do you think is better? I need some advise to know which should i prioritize. I hope you can help me with your ideas. Thank you in advance. :)

I would opt for my home itself. I think my home is cool. I don't have so much parties or meetings. I live in a very small house with all facilities. I am happy with my home sweet home.

Well..that's a huge step going form living with your parents your whole life to buying a house on your own..I would suggest renting first so you can get a taste of the life. Did you pay bills while living with your family?? I have seen people in your situation and it can be a hard transition. I was working for a Property Management company down here so here's some advise about the house or condo question...first, you will have additional expenses besides the purchase price. Condos will have association dues, taxes could be just as high as the taxes for a house. Should you chose either a house or condo that is in an homeowners Association, you will have limitations to what you can do with your property as to what paint color you can use, what you can plant in your yard..etc... no one can tell you what is going to better for you though so if you are serious about the move, research it!! Decide what features you want and what you can afford!! Don't make any hurried decisions.

Hi there, I guess it depends on lots of things. I would definately own a condo because I am older and don't want the hassle of yard maintenance and all. You are right about the facilities in the condo community. I guess it's just a matter of preference. Which are you leaning towards, the condo or the house? Take care...
