Why do you think cheating is more prevelant in schools and work these days?

Cheating is bad of course. But it definitely serves a purpose. I think cheating is more prevalent now due to the availability of better means, the technology, the techniques. Techniques are also passed down and taught to others. Cheating now I think is refined to science. Still, ethically, it is wrong.

In school I personally don't think cheating is a bad thing at all, if you can cheat your entire way through school you deserve the degree you got. Perhaps not the grades it gives you, but you definitely deserve the degree. Fact is that cheating for such a long period of time in a stricter and stricter environment by the years requires quite a lot of talent and thinking on itself ;). On work I can't really see how you can cheat though, but that might be me :).
