love letters:what do you think of them??are they still cool?

Text messages and IM's are so casual. It makes me think that a love affair based on them will also be like them--- here today, gone tomorrow. On the other hand, a beautifully written love letter would melt my heart for sure. It means the person who wrote it actually cared enough to take the time to sit down and get his fingers cramped in writing it!

hey kababayan! yep, i still believe in it, recently i wrote my girl a letter, well i made her a poem and she did love it, it makes me smile knowin that it adds more love to our relationship. :)

Love letters. I think they're sweet and romantic. I remember when I was a young kid, I wrote it and send it to my crush ha ha of course I have a pen name for him not to guess who am I. I am really a naughty girl then ha ha! I enjoy seeing his facial expression while story telling that incident that someone has a crush on him and he don't know who she is. I am really a good secret keeper, I can hide my true emotions about that. Eventually, my crush for him started to fade when we loose each other's connection and the girl writing love letters to him is gone also. In our present era, I think it would be COOL and interesting if a guy can give you a love letter. I think it is something that really came from the heart. It is more romantic than any other kind of courtship rituals. Texting one's true feeling I guess is not a kind act, it is much more good to express it through a letter or personally. =)

as for me i dont like text or chatting it quite impossible to know if this person is truly in love with you or just joking. i make my love letter to my girlfriend now she is my wife, she keep my letters until now we been married for 18 years now and still reading the letters too. while text can you save it until you die? do you treasured you love?
