cereal is high in essential nutrients like calcium, flic acid and lio in at. It is a whole grain rich in fiber, the foundation of a healthy diet. Fiber helps in prevention of certain gastrointestinal disorder as well as diabetes.

Cereals are definitely the right way to start a healthy day. They have so many vitmians, minerals that are all essential for our body. Its a complete food.

I have a book somewhere called Nutripoints, it rates all types of food, and brand name foods by it's nutritional values. The enriched cereals are always pretty high on the lists, but one that stands out is shredded wheat, more because of what it doesn't have as what it does have. They have shown that cereals, both hot and cold are good for you and with the fiber do help you eat less. In general making you healthier and better looking.
