Jesus the one to give rest

Matthew 11:28
(Jesus speaking) Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
When we are heavy burdened with issues that we go through in life, Jesus is the one we should look up to. Many people think that Jesus doesn't speak to us. Well in the bible is where he tells us what we need to do.
The rest that Jesus speaks about is the everlasting life that we should be working for in heaven. Jesus opens his arms to accept us, but it is us who don't accept him. If you are heavily burdened, and you haven't accepted Christ as your savior, confess your sins to him, ask him to enter into your life to take a hold of it. Once you accept him, he will be the guide in your life. It's not an easy road to take, but if we all just sit and think about it, he didn't have an easy road when he was sent to sacrifice his life for our sins.

Isn't this wonderful news? The problem I have a lot of times is when I take problems to the Lord I want to turn around and pick them back up again. But when I leave them totally in his hands there is such a peace that is undescribable! He is our ever present help in time of trouble if we will just call on Him.

I know what you're saying because I too did the same thing. Sometimes I catch myself making the same mistake but it gets worse everytime I bring it back again.
I remember a verse in the bible where Jesus says something about when we ask for forgiveness, he casts our sin into the depths of the ocean, never to be brought up again, but it is us who tends to bring it up again.
And like you said the lord is always there to pick us up everytime we fall. I love the lord.

Yeahhhh...Jesus is my saviour,my Lord,my Father in Heaven..
I really luv this verse..He will guide ur life,once u accept Him to ur life..I,myself trust him moreover if He will open the way with my problem..He'll be a guide for my life..the important thing is you must be patient to hear what will He speak to us..Be patient,Keep Praying all the time, and you'll be strong in Him^^..Luv Him so much

I love that verse. Many times when I have felt physically tired, mentally numb, emotionally exhausted and dont have any motivation Jesus gives me the strength to keep going. If it werent for Him I would never achieve what I do everyday in life!

Only once I went to my lord Jesus Christ, overburdened. He gave me the complete solution and there on, he his my guide and philosopher. Even If I forget him sometimes, he will not let me down at the time of my crisis. Amen.
