yes.. we were raised to use spoon and fork. i guess, my mom taught me back when i was also learning to tie my shoe laces. heheheh!
i then desperately tried to learn how to use chopsticks.. i think i know a little how to use it but i don't think i'm not that good at it.
but as a filipino, eventually (before i tried using chopsticks) i learned how to eat rice with my hands. of course, i wash them before doing it. and there's actually a proper way to do it. the palm of your hand would not really touch the food, it's only the fingers. it's really fun if the food is really good. and it's extra fun when your plate is banana leaves. hehehe!

I use spoon and fork when eating. My parents taught me how to use it... and I guess my nanny too. Now that I have kids of my own I also teach them how to use a spoon and a fork.

I surely know hoe to use a spoon and a fork but i prefer to eat with a fork!!! I think because its not as big as a spoon and i dont have to open my mouth as big as if i had to use a spoon.
well i think i learnt it when i was at pre-primary school; there they taught how to eat with fork & spoon and also Knive & fork
