How much work has she left to you? Double or Three times' amount than usual? You are a person like everyone, not a machine. You only can do 8 hours' work unless you will be paid extra. Your colleague should also know how much she can do herself. So you just try your best to do the work. If you are unable to complete them, it is not your fault. When it is your turn to take your holiday, your colleague will understand better when she puts her feet into your shoes!

Try to finish first the work which you can do without taking any help from others. You will see half of the total work is finished. Remain half will required some other colleague's help, take help to resolve the problem. From initial help, you can do all the remaining work at your own. You can do this, don't worry. It is very easy. Only thinking on that issue will not solve your problem. If the work has been asigned to you, remember you have to do. First list out the work prioritywise and then start with positive attitude. Everything will go fine....don't worry. Transfer some work at my e-mail ID, I will see from here ...ok.

You better start working right now, by the time your friend returns, there wont be any pending work. To accomplish the task, we should not think much.

Do you get paid by hours you do or do you get paid by work you do? If you get paid by hours, you just work as normal. It isn't your fault if there is too few workers in company. If you have your own business, then maybe you should hire someone to help you and if it isn't you should talk to your boss that there is too much work for one human.

Don't worry too much. Because the more you think about it. The more your work will get accumulated. And you are loosing precious times. Just do whatever you can do. Prioritize near deadline work. And the rest will follow. Have a great day Geeta! (^^,)

Relax, take a deep breath, and face reality...you have to suck it in, roll up your sleeves and dig into work. Be systematic, do it one day at a time, set your goals for the day, then repeat the next day, etc. im sure you can handle it, and smile!

You should try your best to complete the work. But if it affects your daily life i recommend not to do it. People are there who don't want to accept of our credit to help them. People are really selfish. They would say you why did you completed the work. So the good thing you have to do is to just complete the work as much as you can or you time permits. Don't take it on to your head so much. Hope you understand what i say.
