Mylot - Not paying?

One of my friend, his username with mylot was andy1818moni, from my very same village complains this:
He accumulated 500 points and $10 after a months struggle and suddenly on the last day of April, h e is not able to log in. He tried to contact mylot through e mail and there was no reply for his numerous mails.
He has requested me join as his referral 10 days ago and I declined. Then I joined.
Can Anybody clarify. Shall i send a message to mylot asking for clarification?

i would certainly be sending a message to mylot to get this issue sorted out. It sounds to me as if your friends account has been cancelled but only mylot can say for sure
