What's your favorite spice?

My favorite spice are black pepper and garlic, i almost use them in everything i cook. I usually finely chopped garlic for any dishes, the taste wont be complete without garlic. I also like putting freshly ground black pepper because it enhances the taste of the food although my hubby hates the taste of it.

My favorite spices: garlic onion parsley italian seasoning oregano basil vanilla cinnamon turmeric

Hi Bugbaby. I have a few spices that I enjoy cooking with ... garlic powder, onion salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and if I want an extra kick then tex mex.

It's gotta be garlic. But I use salt a lot, as well as sage.

I Think is cilantro also like basil,saffron,onions ,garlic,vanilla and cinnamon.

Mine are cilantro, sage, onions, garlic, cinnamon sticks or even the powdered form, coriander.......... without these things i think my cooking is incomplete.

I use alot of spices when cooking, my favourites are Garlic ginger parsley thyme paprika basil chilli mint
