How do i get my ratings?? Everyone seems to be having some kinda star over their name!!! hows that??

You have one to. Your star rating is an 8. If you scroll right over it (depending on your browser settings) you will see a more precise rating out of 100. Your star rating is just that, divided by 10 and rounded appropriately.
