transport from Waterloo station

I am arriving via Eurostar from Paris to Waterloo station on October 22nd. From there my wife and I need to get to the Thistle Marble Arch Hotel.
I am looking for what the options are and approximate prices to get there (train? taxi?)
Can anyone shed some light?
