What do you do for being healty.I prefer walking every day. I dont smoke. I like eat fruit and vegetables. Some doctors says we most eat fish 2 - 3 times a week, we must use salt a litte ( I cant do that I like very salty) drink a lot water, take vitamins every day, apples good for teeth, eat garlic every day and lot more... Do you agree with it.
