What to do with wine jelly?

last summer in my canning frenzy, I decided to mix up a few jars of wine jelly. I used a cabernet savignon and a cheap port wine for another flavor. Now, they are very good tasting jellies, but what should I do with them? They don't taste very good on toast. :) How would you serve them? Should I use them in cooking...like marinating a roast beef? Any suggestions?

Have you considered putting them on ice cream? I have never done that but wonder if it would be good??

I didn't think of ice cream. Hmm... it's kind of a savory flavor, not real sweet. It wouldn't hurt to give it a try. :) Thank you for your response!
