Yes, I've used it before and have heard it out here n L.A., I will admit however it is not one of those expressions that u hear eeryday.

At least in the gutter I can always pop my head up, but for those high up, thee's nowhere 2 go. Plus more action down here, people let themselves go. Smile

It is a term sometimes used for when a woman is short on rent, bills, bets or similar items, and must use her assets cover the difference or the whole cost.
