Charter, Public, Private or Christian SCHOOL???

What school does your child attend? Which do you prefer or like the best? What is the difference between Public and Charter school? I am putting my daughter in preschool this year and need opinions on schools i cant afford private or christian at this time but am debating between charter and public school, i would like opinions on all 4 types of schools though. thank you :)
