Do you own a Crosscut Shredder?

I do and I hate mine. It stays in sleep mode more than it shredds it is constantly getting clogged I hate it. It is by Royal. I thought that was a good name for shredders. I will be buying a new straight shredder soon. This one is aggrivating me a lot today.
Do you own one of these? How does it work for you?

We have a Fellowes shredder after hearing some good recommendations from some people, but we have the same problem with clogs. I don't know if we're using it wrong of if there is something else we need to do, but it's been way more trouble than it's worth. We are thinking about investing in a industrial strength shredder because we always shred a lot of things... we'll see.

I think it is just the nature of crosscut shredders. I never had this kind of trouble with m straight shredder. I wish I had never bought this one. Does yours go into a sleep mode? Mine is supposed to go into one after 2 minutes of continues shredding (more like half a minute) then it is supposed to restart after 4 minutes (more like 15-20 minutes).
