That is a good sign that you can't lift your arm above your head. That is a sign that you need to make some exercise and the Nintendo Wii will help you with that. I also would recommend you playing dance dance revolution with the dancing mate. you will not be able to walk properly for about a weak, but you will get a lot of exercise.

We got one and love the little thing. For the first three weeks we had it it was played every single day. Now it does not go more than two days without being played, we've had it for three months now. It is great with the kids because the love the fact that they get to move and it react to them. My niece tried ours out and is trying to get her mom to buy her one saying you get your exercise when you play, moms a body builder.

I think I've used every muscle in my poor body! but it's great fun and good for keeping the kids fit.

I have had the Wii for six months now. I still play it daily. I no longer get sore, but I remember the first weekend getting really sore from playing the bowling for hours everyday.

We just got the nintendo wii and in the first few days, I threw my back out playing tennis! LOL It's a lot of fun, if you really play hard you can definitely work up a sweat, and it's great entertainment to bring friends over and laugh at them as they try it out for the first time!

I got mine about 3 months ago, after waiting out in the cold for 4 hours and it was totally worth it. I'm still playing almost every night. Got my tennis ranking to 2000 in a few weeks but popped my elbow doing the homerun derby. Zelda has taken up the last month and I've got to finish it soon because I've got Madden and Trauma center waiting to go. I'm really annoyed that they keep delaying other games like Metroid and Mario Galaxies but what can ya do.
